Best state to practice as an MFT, best schools for MFT programs

Anyone who's studying or in the field knows what are the top 3 states to practice as a MFT?
I know some states are quite saturated in this area such as CA.

What are some of the best schools/MFT programs in the country? Does school ranking matter a lot when it comes to job searching as an MFT?
