Physics is definitely a weak area for me. That being said, what's the best way to know the equations for the MCAT? I feel like if I can know and apply the equations, I can do well but I haven't found an efficient way to study them along with everything else.

Put the equations on flashcards or in an anki deck and review them each week. You want every equation memorized by exam day so that you can focus on applying them.

I also found understanding the units of each variable to be very helpful. A lot of physics questions can be solved using dimensional analysis.
