I don't have a schedule for you, but what I did (a few years ago now....) is 1) listen to the Osler lectures and read the Osler notes -- this was the bulk of my study time 2) Memorize the Quick Compendium for CP (so much pain.....)and 3) Do the Lefkowitch board review book and carefully read the explanations for AP.
I was sure I failed when I took the test--that day was a candidate for the worst day of my life--but there must have been a grading error, because I somehow got my certificates
