I'm not sure why residents study specifically for the RITE exam. I studied throughout the year, and did OK on the RITE. This is what I read:
-Bradley and Daroff (a few chapters)
-Adams and Victor (a few chapters)
-Plum and Posner
-Localization in Clinical Neurology
-Continuum
