I'm consistently scoring ~12/13 on BS and PS and wonder how I can push that final bit to get to a solid 13/14 by test day. I have just under a month and want to get my -6 mistakes closer to -1 or 2.

If you have any experience with this, I would love to hear it!

Since you are already performing well above the 90th percentile, the next score ranges may fall within the region of "dumb luck".
Don't know how you can already improve on the above percentiles but I guess cramming random factoids about different topics would help.

I agree with texan. It comes down to luck. The best way to reach your goal would be to do more practice problems and be excellent at make inferences from the passage data. At this point you content is solid, and being able to make deductions and inferences are probably more key in getting those near perfect scores.
