Is this list too top heavy? I tried to pick OOS schools with an OOS interview rate of at least around 10%
Not a huge fan of the South or Midwest, and I hate the heat, but am open to geographical advice!

Good list. I'd probably throw in UCSF, UIC, U of Arizona, Saint Louis and Stony Brook, replacing them with Indiana NYMC and Buffalo. Everything looks good.

Rochester, U Michigan, Northwestern (or another Chicago school), Mayo Clinic might be good reaches to add since it looks like you're ok with cold places.

I suggest the following. Nothing wrong with aiming high; the ones I have in bold are schools where your MCAT score is 2-3 points below their avg, and your GPA is ~ the same as the school avg. Thus, proceed with caution on these, but I feel you're in striking distance for some.

U VM
U Toledo (maybe)
Miami
St. Louis
Albany
Albert Einstein
Rochester
Rush
Rosy Franklin
NYMC
EVMS
Wake Forest
Jefferson
Temple
Drexel
Creighton
Tulane
USC/Keck
Dartmouth
Loyola
USF Morsani
Emory
BU
Mayo
Duke
Case
Baylor
JHU
Pitt
Northwestern
NYU
Vanderbilt
Columbia

Any new MD school, especially Hofstra. Skip Central MI and the three new FL schools. I can't recommend CNU.
All UCs except UCR, unless you're from the Inland Empire.
