You've accurately identified the weak parts of your application, most importantly shadowing. But if you can fill those holes, you are practically guaranteed interviews. Fantastic numbers. You're quite competitive for Cali MD if you improve your shadowing and volunteering over the next year, too.
 
I would advocate waiting till summer 2016 (assuming your MCAT scores don't expire), because you (clearly) have the numbers, and the next step is to really fill in any residual gaps in your application. An extra year could really help you do that.
 
If you can get your volunteering hours up into the triple digits, you'll get interviews.
