Hello. The area at the bottom of my testicle which I believe to be called the epidermis appears to be slightly sensitive. It has been like this for a long time now and doesn't seem to be worse or better. I have checked for lumps, but found nothing unusual (although I find checking a tricky process in truth). The sensitive area doesn't appear to be the actual testicle. This area is only sensitive when touched, but when it is pressed, can give out a dull ache. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Am I over-reacting. I have no noticable pain with penetration, urinating, ejaculation, etc, it's just when pressure is applied on the area.

Thx in advance for the assistance.

sorry man, you won't find any medical advise on this forum aside from being told to go see your medical doctor for furthur evaluation.

btw the area you are referring to is called the epididymis

From Ghostbusters 2:

Peter Venkman: Hi, Egon. How's school? I bet those science chicks really dig that large cranium of yours, huh?
Egon Spengler: I think they're more interested in my epididymis.

Didn't understand that line for years, now it's one of my favorites!

Good 'ole epididymis....the backpack of the testicle.
