It's January and I only got 2 interviews (both rejected), 2 non-interview rejections, and 2 "on-hold". I applied to 15 schools.

My stats:
GPA: 3.77
sGPA: 3.62
MCAT: 37
150 hours hospital volunteering
100 hours research
5 hours shadowing a pediatrician
maybe 200-300 hours in college Extra Curriculars

What am I doing wrong?
And do I still have a chance for an interview at this point?

Where did you apply? Did you apply early?

Applied early June.

No ED.

Medical Schools:
New Jersey MS
Robert Wood Johnson MS
Hofstra
Albany
Drexel
New York Medical
Yale
Columbia
Perelman
Cornell
Baylor
Penn State
Jefferson
Albert Einstein
Icahn Mt. Sinai

I don't have criminal charges or anything, but I have below average interview skills (although I'm practicing)

What are you doing this year? Is there anything you can send an update about? If you have to reapply, schools want to see improvement in your application. What are you doing to improve? Maybe some of those activities would be good for an update.

You should broaden your list, I think you aimed both too high. Too high with what looks like cookie cutter ECs and avg GPAs for schools that have avg GPAs of 3.9.

You might have a bad LOR in the app. I would have expected more love from more schools.
