can someone pleaseeeeeee HELP me out here... NYU problem...

Okay, so every school that i'm applying to has recieved my cashier's checks EXCEPT for NYU. They say they are 3 weeks behind, and last time I asked someone to look in the office and she said "quote-unquote" that she looked where she thought it might be and it wasnt there. I called again today and they said it might be in another batch thats coming in and just wait. I sent the check over a month ago. Should I cancel and send them another one (takes a week) or should I just wait it out.

has anyone had to wait this long for NYU to process their check???


ps. i called the bank, and they said it hasnt been cashed yet...

I did not have any problems...but that doesnt help you.

How come you sent Cashiers check instead of a check check?

It took them 3 weeks to process my personal check after I mailed it. I don't think cancelling that check and sending another one would be beneficial since they said they're 3 weeks behind. It's probably better to just wait it out...
