Can we assume that each secondary question is read by the same person?

I reference the same volunteer activity in two questions on the same secondary. Do I need to describe my involvement in both of my answers, or can I assume that anyone reading my secondary will read the entire secondary?

Why would you assume that all schools would read/review secondaries in the same way?
