2 years research experience within 3 different research labs with multiple authorships at conferences
1.5 years working as a data reductionist at a transportation research facility
Served as a teaching assistant
Leadership in several organizations
Currently working for the public schools system as an instructional assistant

I feel like I may just be the average applicant and that my essays and recommendations really need to make me shine.
