Canada vs USA? Where should I work?

Let's just say I don't really have family in either country and am very open to practicing in either one.
I'm a Canadian citizen but am finishing school here in the US.
Stay or go back?
I suppose money would be my #1 priority but it's hard to find good data comparing salaries here and there.

In my opinion Canada has better insurance plans and more people are able to afford the treatment

you have to consider the amount of taxes that are applied, I guess in Canada they are higher than the states.
