Otherwise it seems to be Canadian Friendly.

Depending on DAT, you can add top tier (i.e. Penn, Columbia, Harvard) schools

NYU and UOP are too expensive for me. Do you think it's worth applying to Creighton, UMINN, and Rutgers?

Boston, UPenn, and Buffalo aren't too far off from NYU in terms of costs. Living expenses are something you can control.
