Was just flipping through the AOA site searching for DO cardiologist- does anyone know why there are so few?

Probably mostly a limitation of the AOA search site and the fact that many of them are ACGME trained. Google "osteopathic cardiologist" and you'll find people. Google "osteopathic pediatric cardiology" and you'll find more interesting people

This is very tangential, but on Boston Med (the documentary miniseries that took place at MGH), there was a pretty prominently featured cardiologist who appeared in multiple episodes, and was a DO (though unfortunately they never brought up the DO thing during the show, I thought that might've been a good opportunity to give the degree some public awareness).
