I had a 3.3 gpa as an undergraduate, and a 23 MCAT (9,8,6) and 22 MCAT (7,8,7), 300+ hrs volunteering experience, and 3 years of research experience, and co-Author of a scientific publication, and good LORs.

I unfortunately decided to do a special masters program to raise my GPA and not just apply to DO schools, but received a C and B- in my first two classes. I have decided to apply to carribean medical school (AUC, ROSS, SGU, SABA), however graduate GPA is only 2.2, and am only second semester "grad" student.

Is it ok if I under "what schools I have attended" on the carribeans applications, I just include my undergraduate school?

I should have never done the special masters program.

You should list all schools you've attended. And also, think hard to be sure you have what it takes to survive carib school. It's a very long and exhausting and expensive road.
