Case management with refugees

I'm considering deferring if I get into MSW programs, and taking another year to work. A friend mentioned that her job has openings for case managers working with refugees (teens.) Has anyone had experience with this kind of work? I plan to ask her more, but I'd love any input from you all, specifically about the rewards/challenges of such a position. Is this typically a high-stress position?
