Weak ECs and a low cumulative GPA will limit your choices. I would suggest applying to DO schools as well.

Do you live in the Chicagoland area, or further south? Living further south will help your chances at in state schools.

Since your science GPA is high and your cumulative is low, that means your non-science classes were rather questionable. Why did you major in something you couldn't excell in? I'm only asking because I would at an interview. Expect to have to explain this at some point.

Your shadowing is fine but your clinical experience is so low that I'd suggest you give thought to waiting a year to apply while you beef that up. You could spend that year raising your cGPA as well, getting in some research, teaching/tutoring/TAing, and augmenting your current leadership activity. Some nonmedical community service would be nice to see too.
