How are your extracurriculars? Volunteering, research, shadowing? Based on stats alone we can't tell you anything you don't already know - GPA is good but MCAT is borderline; URM status will help you especially if you have demonstrated involvement within disadvantaged communities.

Assuming solid ECs you should be able to match somewhere.

Wayy too top heavy. You don't have anything else except for 30 hours of volunteering? There are people that apply with a much higher mcat than you and get denied with same EC's. I hope you are applying next year to get those hours in. It's not how many hours but how long to show altruism. Also any clubs or leadership?
