Hey guys! I'd love to hear your opinions on my school list.

cGPA: 3.79 sGPA: 3.7

MCAT: 36 12/12/12

GA Resident, attend state school in the southeast

ECs:

-President of intercollegiate club rugby team, after being treasurer last year (~1000 hours)
-Group leader for tutoring underpriviledged local middle schoolers in math (60 hours)
-Summer research internship, culminated in poster presentation (200 hours)
-Scutmonkey research stuff (150 hours)
-Independent research course at university, culminated in mock paper (150 hours)
-Medical technician for father's practice one summer (350 hours)
-Shadowing aplenty (90 hours)
-Shadowing abroad program I'm doing right now (100 hours in hospital)

You have a great application, and though your research experience is sufficient, it is still on the light side for the top tier schools.

That being said, you need to add some more safe options and mid-tiers, currently your list is very top heavy. You only have MCGeorgia and VCU as safer options, Miami as a mid-tier, and the rest are all top tiers, so be sure to expand a bit and broaden your list.

Also UMaryland tends to be pretty in-state biased, so unless you really want to go there it can be replaced with a better option for you.
