Chance of ophtho becoming regular match?

It seems fewer and fewer specialties are early match, with neurosurgery going regular match this year. What are the chances that ophthalmology might also abandon the SF match system and become a regular match?

I heard one of the people that started the SF Match was an Ophthalmologist and that's why we're stuck in the SF Match for good...but then again, this was information I heard from someone who heard from someone, etc etc etc...
