I applied the cycle for 2014 matriculation and ended up getting 3 interviews (Temple, Drexel, USUHS), leading to 2 waitlists and 1 rejection. Since applying last I am working as a public school teacher and pursing my masters in Education. This is my first year as a teacher but will have completed 2 years prior to hopeful med school matriculation. My state residency has also switched from PA to NY. Also highlighted below is what is new between cycles. I want to know what my chances are and what schools I should be looking at to apply to.

MCAT Recent Attempt: 11 VR 11 PS 13 BS=35
MCAT Attempt 1 :12 VR 9 PS 9 BS= 30

cGPA:3.68 (3.65 last cycle)
sGPA: 3.60 (Was a 3.55 last cycle)

Activities:
230 hours Paid clinical exposure as EMT-B (New)
140 hrs SAT instructor/tutor (New)
Undergraduate lab TA
41 Hours non-clinical volunteering (new)
40 hours shadowing in 3 specialties
110 hours hospital volunteering over 3 years
400 hr research fellowship
600 hrs genetics independent research (was 300 last cycle)
400 hrs employment during undergrad as a lab assistant
Working full time as a teacher in an under-served area (New)
Executive board positions for collegiate club sports team

Is there anything else I should do before applying in June to bolster application? I plan on sending in my apps the 1st day and have good LORs including a college committee letter. Also what schools should I be looking at to best increase my chances?
