Hey Everyone,
I was just wondering what you all think of my chances so far. I am a Senior at Loyola University Chicago. I started the Pre-Student Osteopathic Medicine Association on campus, so i've had the chance to meet a lot of the admission reps. I don't know if that helps at all, but it's something. I am a philosophy major and my GPA after i graduate will be around 3.2. I haven't finished all of my pre req science classes, so i still have to some of those. but lets say my science GPA is around 3.2 also. I have over 100 hours of volunteering so far, and i'm hoping to get the number much higher by the time i apply. I have shadowed three different types of physicians, but they were all MD. My dream is to get into Rowans DO school, i love New Jersey, but i'm going to take whatever i get. Other than getting a solid score on the MCAT, what are my chances of getting accepted?
Thanks,
George
