Just curious as to everyone's input of being a DO student trying for ortho:
Step 1 mid 250s, Step 2 mid 260s
Top 10% of class (have the DO equivalent to AOA)
All A's in clerkships
Have good teaching/tutoring experience
Several ortho case reports (being published currently)

You've probably got as good a chance as any other DO applying for the ACGME match. But why pass up on DO programs? In my experience, most DO programs are strong and will provide you excellent training to become a community Orthopod.
