Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to find inexpensive Celestone?

I've been using Depomedrol since the new FDA labeling on Kenalog. Most patients do fine with Depomedrol epidurals, but I've noticed there is a small subset of patients that don't tolerate Depomedrol, but do tolerate ESI with Celestone.

The problem is that Celestone is expensive. I get Depomedrol for $7 per 80mg, but haven't found Celestone for cheaper than $30 per 12mg.

Can anyone point me to their supplier for inexpensive Celestone? I'm okay with generic Celestone manufactured by a major pharmaceutical company, just not compounded celestone by some small outfit.

Thanks guys........he wrote sarcastically.

I did hear from Steve via PM.

I guess no one else on the forum uses Celestone/generic betamethasone?

I use it. Let me check and see how much I'm paying for it...I use the generic version of celestone (beta ace/beta)
