Hey guys so I was going over the options for dental loupe lights at my school vendor fare and I have to say the cost is kind of throwing me off. I was wondering if anyone had purchased the cheap dental lights that are sold on ebay/amazon. They cost about 20 bucks and are rated at 15000->30000 lux. Has anyone had experience with these cheap type of lights or have opinions on that level of brightness?

Thanks!

They are an investment. They improve your clinical work and the standard care provided to your patients. Go for a group buy of a reputable set from Lumadent, you'll get a cheaper price from them. You get two batteries, a 60,000 lumen light that can last 30 hours on one battery charge for a price that is better than those from dental loupe vendors.

I wouldn't skimp on a good quality light!

Lumadent.

Just as good (better, IMO) as the big brands, for half the price.

Company is owned by a practicing dentist in Reno, NV.
