The statement that patients generally achieve a 30% reduction at best with COT has been used but I can't find the citation to back it up. Does anyone have the literature substantiating?

I think that reference stated there was at least a 30% reduction in pain.

It's confusing but that's the reference. It was altered by Donna Bloodworth in 2006 and her interpretation stuck:
