My college has a program called Capstone Learning Experience required for all science majors.
I am wondering which type of class will beste benefit me with my interests to become a physician.
We have the choice of doing research (graduate level) here at the college, doing an internship in which we would follow someone in our hopeful profession (a physician) for a semester, or a detailed semester-long research paper.
I might also add that my career goals are not to be a researcher or an MD/Phd scientist.
I am wondering which possiblity would be of better use in the application process... I would like to do either the research or following a physician, but I would really like the input of current/prior applicants, MDs, med-students etc.
Thanks to all who reply.
