Clinical rotations in europe

hi my name is suraj i am new to this forum , i am doing my preclinical-3 in caribbean medical school . I want to become a plastic surgeon and i dont know where to do my clinical rotations i dont think i will get surgery in US .So i decided to do it in europe or russia. I searched for many sites i am lost .Any one help me with this topic
