if any color bind people can be an optometrist?? What are the difficulties, and challenges for a Deutanopic color vision defective people? Give the suggestions?

Several deutans graduated with 3.90+ GPA in my class and are finishing residencies.

You won't have any trouble because of your color deficiency. There are plenty of color-deficient, or stereoblind, or monocular, or otherwise visually impaired people who become optometrists. As long as your acuity is correctable, your dexterity is fairly good, and you of course can meet the high intellectual demand of optometry school, you shouldn't see any difference from your classmates.
