We have have the People's Republic of Boulder within the state lines. Crazy liberal ideas can always get a enough signatures to get on the ballot. No way this gets passed... unless Trump is the Republican candidate in which case all the energy will be on the Democratic side opposing him resulting in a very large turnout.
