COMLEX Step II Books/Questions

I am sure that this has been talked about many times but I can't seem to find a clear cut answer. What is considered to be the best single resource for COMLEX step II for studying (First Aid, Secrets, Crush)? And what is the best question source (qbank, NMS, etc.)? Also, for those of you who have done well in the past, how much time is really necessary to spend studying for the exam to cover everything (2 weeks like boards and wards says?) or longer? Thanks.

I used Boards & , Crush, & the NMS question book. Did about the same as I did on step 1...with about 1/5 the study time/effort.
