Hi guys,
I completed a rotation at my home institution, and my institution writes a "committee letter" for all rotators. The signed authors are the chairman, the vice chairman, and the student advisor. In ERAS, how should I list this letter in terms of authorship and department? Also, would this also count towards the "chairman's letter" that some programs require? It seems awkward to me to ask for another letter from our chair when he is signed on this one, and it would also take away a slot for other potential letter writers.
Thank you for your advice!
