Does anyone have the definitive word on what does or does not go through the common tendonous ring? Our professors can't seem to agree:

I have it as:
SR,LR,MR,IR,SO, CN II, CN III, and opthalmic artery

Anyone.. anyone.. Bueller.. :p

This is what we had to learn...

INSIDE the tendinus annulus:
-CNIII (superior and inferior division)
-CNVI
-Nasociliary Nerve
-Inferior Ophthalmic Vein (travels within and medial to ring)
-CNII
Ophthalmic Artery (+sympatheric nerves that wrap around it)

OUTSIDE ring (but inside Sup Orb Fissure):
-Recurrent Lacrimal Artery
-Lacrimal Nerve
-Frontal Nerve
-Trochlear Nerve
-Superior Ophthalmic Vein

ATTACH to ring:
-SR,IR,MR,LR

SO and Levator attach right next to ring...IO doesnt attach at apex.

Hope that helps! Hope I didnt miss something?
 :D
