Do they count.. am I supposed to report them to the AMCAS?

(They were 2 precalc classes that I used as credit to for college admissions)

However, CCs are still considered "post-secondary" institutions.

Yes, they count. And they will help your GPA a bit.

then don't report it
I had completely forgotten that I had even taken a CC class

any college class counts regardless of when you took it. i reported a CC course that i took while in high school.

 As did I. You shouldn't have any problems with it.

They count for AMCAS, but they might not count for your 4-year college. Even if they do, they might not directly transfer as the class you want it to count for. Check with your 4-year university about transferring credit from that CC before you do anything.
