how about adding a botched back surgery or misadventure by anesthesia.

Also, numerous treatments and medications have been tried and failed and as a result: Allergies to more than 7 medications.

Exactly... I had a seizure that caused two compassion fractures. Two vertebrae are shorter and irritates the nerves. They told me that it's chronic and is most likely ?stay but get worse.
