Continuing Volunteering from High School

Hey guys,

If I have been volunteering at a hospital every summer since junior year of high school, is it ok for me to list the hours from high school as well? I know people say don't list activities from high school but I don't know if this counts as an activity that I am continuing because it's something I do only during the summers.

Since the activity continues into the college years, it's fine to list the full date span and include those hours. As gonnif, said, doing so helps demonstrate long-term commitment, which reflects well.
