Cornell and UPenn's Post Bacc Prehealth Program

Can anyone tell me more about their experiences at either the UPenn or Cornell Post-bacc program as a prevet student? I'm trying to decide between the two in order to enhance my GPA. So here are a couple of my questions -

The tuition for Cornell is comparatively higher than UPenn - is it worth it?
What kind of vet/animal experiences were available?
How were the classes?

Also, are there any other general pre-health post-bacc programs that accept prevets?
