If you do well in the course the second time you take it, it will be a non-issue. Also, many schools have secondaries that allow you to explain why you earned W's.
 
Agreed! You have a pretty good reason for withdrawing from the course, it wasn't because it was too difficult or you were failing, but your health-related job didn't allow time for it and that you've decided to take it later. So long as you can explain that to admissions people I think you will be fine, especially if that's the only W you'll have on your transcript.
 
No one will care about the W if you take it and get an A. If it comes up, just explain the conflict with the job.
