Besides contacting the AZ and NV dental societies for job ads, I was curious to know if anybody had a good experience with craigslist ads. Some I found to be on par on what an associate dentist with 1 year experience but others seem a little too good to be true. Any advice on how to tell if one is too shady (sometimes this wouldnt be known till the interview or even after work), I'd hate to face a bait and switch scheme.
