Create a pre-dental club advise

hi guys i'm planning to create this week a pre-dental club at my school.

How should i begin ?

How can i convince other people to join ? my second semester at my sophomore year i try to ask couple of people from Biology and Chemistry club to join but they haven't care that much ?

How pre-dental club generally work ? i was the vice-president for Biology club and i get many position for christian club and others club also i have many experience with ASI and i'm planning to be the president at my senior year, but i have no idea how pre-dental club works ?

How can i connect Dental schools to come to my school and give us presentation, especially only two people i know want to become dentist
