I heard Long Beach and Plainview on Long Island NY are both pretty cush.................................................................
Palmetto in Florida is awesome..................You can make it hard or easy b/c you get 4 electives (2 can be out of house) and only two months of medicine. However, you must rotate here at least once to be considered; and many are taken from Nova........they are affiliated. It is getting competitive, some of the spots are ER linked with Mt. Sinai/Miami. This year we have 25 interns (filled) and only two arent from Nova..............one NYCOM and one PCOM.
