MPH CV- published non-peer reviewed

this maybe a stupid question but can you help me please?
should i include a non peer reviewed publication in my cv? ... I'm interested to apply for Columbia MPH and Harvard MPH-65 programs. Thanks for your help in advance.

Sure--although you may want to distinguish between reviewed and non-reviewed articles.
