I think if you are 10 percent over budget the bonus is significantly higher though. My store was 15 percent over budget with a mystorehealth of 3.6 and myce of 88 (target 85)

My Store Health does not figure in the bonus. If you beat your RX budget by 10% and your MCE is 3 points over target and are tier 8 Your bonus will be between $11,130.00 and $13,830.00 depending on your My Patient Care (KPM) and The community responsibility score card.

Really? I thought it was scripts, SOS, and MCE? So SOS was only important for your review rating? You know what, I am probably confusing the annual review with the bonus.

Really? I thought it was scripts, SOS, and MCE? So SOS was only important for your review rating? You know what, I am probably confusing the annual review with the bonus.

In 2014 it was I believe scripts MCE KPM and Courteous and Professional.


My sup said 2015 was scripts MCE mPC and CRS but I haven't seen a plan document to check this.

Your supervisor should have sent out an email with the new plan document about it as early as March 2015.

Can you check the max bonus for a staff rph at a store in the 2000's per week?

I only have the PIC version. But it;s usually about half. If you send me:

# of scripts per week
% over budget, the integer only 5.9999999999999999% is 5%, not 6%
Your actual MCE and the target MCE
Your KPM for the 1st half of the year and the last half of the year
Your Community responsibility score card.

I can give you a rough idea.....

You don't have to float to pick up OT. Floaters have to meet the same standards as staff Rph's so why not get the bonus and pick up OT.....

Do better on your KPM, it's so easy. I have 92 YTD. Same with the CRS. They are not any harder to conquer than Med Chem or pathophysiology .

I agree. It is so easy to fix kpm. Last year we finished the year at 87. I gave up on it as we were so busy working on wecare with abt less than 170 tech hrs while beating script budget. It was so overwhelming.Wecare was our top priority. And we never really had time to work the 7 days cash loss report,which could have increased kpm significantly .
Now we have more tech hrs,we will improve it for sure. The district was not doing well. Our store was ranked 8 out of 20 with a kpm of 51 for the year
