I just retook the DAT a few days ago. I feel like I improved especially in bio and math from last year at least. My orgo score is the only one that worries me, I hope schools look at both sets of scores. I also want to say don't get discouraged if you have to retake the test and can't afford too many preparation materials. I just used AP books from the library and school notes to prepare and it seemed to work well enough.

Don't retake, you are doing fine, I think the schools will see the improvement and the lower orgo won't really hurt your chance.
