I've been accepted to College of Staten Island and SUNY Upstate. Does anyone have advice/opinions on PT school in Metropolitan area vs Upstate NY as far as affiliations or any insight into either of the programs? While CSI is cheaper, with cost of living they almost equal out in cost.
