If the 523 was from some testing company it would be more realistic that you could score a 523. However, since it's from the AAMC I think a 7 point score increase may be a little risky unless you recognize your mistakes and are able to feel confident enough to go ahead and take it. Therefore, if you feel ready go for it. Otherwise, cancel it.
