I don't understand this question. Can you explain the answer plzz

If it's discovered that a certain nonspontaneous reaction becomes spontaneous if the temperature is lowered, then which of the following must be true?

Answer: deta S is negative and delta H is negative

Plzz explain thanks.

Okay, well, the first thing to do is to identify the spontaneity criterion. That is, delta S total > 0 or delta G = delta H - T*delta S < 0. Only one of your answer choices should satisfy the above criterion when and only when temperature increases.
