Hi,

I am a dental graduate from India. Currently in Canada on study permit and planning to give my fundamental skill examination on 2015.

Could anyone please advise me whether I have to be a permanent resident to give nbde exams later?

Thanks
Tan

if you're looking for admission into a university after AFK exam, I believe all of them require at least a permanent residency to apply.
If you clear AFK then you can directly register for clinical skills and judgement, there is no additional PR requirement as far as I know.

If you mean NBDE exams for USA then - no you do not need residency.
