- Plus a monthly stipend of $2,179 to help cover living expenses for up to 48 months
- U.S. citizen
- Applying to dental school approved by the American Dental Association
- Willing to serve a minimum of three years of Active Duty
- Between the ages of 21 and 41 at time of graduation from dental school
- In good physical condition and pass a full medical examination
